When your digestion is sluggish, you can experience a myriad of health issues such as: bloating, gas, headaches, weight gain, lack of energy, hormone imbalances, poor sleep, skin problems, and more.

Your gut is the epicenter to reclaiming your health and vitality. When the body is toxic from poor gut health, your body become more and more toxic and so does the liver. In order to start feeling better, the gut is the place to start.

To get you started, you will find all the information you need located on your dashboard. Each week's content will see the content for that week added to your dashboard.  I would encourage you to stay to the weekly schedule so as not to become overwhelmed.

Path to Health and Healing, LLC was founded by functional medicine nurse practitioner, Laura Dankof.  Laura helps people like you to heal their gut, balance their hormones so that they can reclaim their health and vitality.  She does this by helping you to identify the root cause(s) that are keeping you from feeling your best.  

Path to Health and Healing's mission is to empower you to be the master of your own health.  The only way to end the epidemic of fatigue, digestive issues, hormone imbalances and chronic disease is by digging into the root causes.  Laura is dedicated to bringing you holistic health information through one-on-one consultations, and self-guided courses and group programs.  With the right information you can be back in the driver’s seat when it comes to making decisions about your own health.  Your health and healing is more than about symptoms and pills.  Instead, your health is dependent upon how your body responds to the interplay between some key root causes that contribute to physical, mental, and emotional imbalances.  Once you understand what these root causes are, you can then begin to make changes and set your own “Path to Health and Healing”.
